Sessions

Five online group sessions.

We’ll meet for 45-minutes live online, Sundays at 6 pm PDT (these sessions are recorded for later replay).

The session format includes a brief discussion, followed by a group hypnotherapy session.

Saturdays you’ll receive your new bedtime recording, and an independent activity to set the course for your week.

Morning

Hypnosis

Five morning hypnosis audio recordings.

Set the direction for your day with a ~10-minute hypnosis session. You’ll receive one new morning track each Monday of the Reset for a total of five.

By creating a purposeful intention for your day, you can approach the tasks and time ahead with a lighter spirit, reduced stress reactions in the body, and more useful energy. Many people have said these morning recordings are their favorite part of the Clear Sleep Reset.

Evening

Hypnosis

Ten audios for evening & nighttime. You’ll receive a set of evening and night recordings each Monday of the reset.

At the end of your day, listen to a ~10-minute hypnosis recording. This practice will help you let go of accumulated stress and will prime your body for restorative rest, and at bedtime, listen to a ~20-minute hypnosis recording to encourage shifts into restful states.

Daily

Video

20 videos — every weekday I’ll take you through a hypnosis process with techniques grounded in neuroscience. And they’re often fun (really, fun!).

Consistently practicing in this saturated and varied way encourages restful states to take hold in the body and create a pattern of feeling better and resting better. You’ll receive five videos each week, (for a total of 20 throughout the reset).

 30-Day Timeline

First day, Sunday
  •  You’ll receive an email suggesting a brief independent activity to prepare for the online session.
  • At 6 pm PDT we’ll meet online (via Zoom) for a 45-minute group session that will include relaxation, discussion, and hypnosis.
  • For those who can’t be present for the live meeting time, or may simply prefer to refrain from the group setting, these meetings are recorded for later replay.
  • Two ~10-minute hypnosis audio recordings (one for mornings, one for evenings), and one ~20-minute hypnosis audio recording for bedtime will be available by 9 pm PDT.

 

Four weeks, Monday-Friday

Each weekday, I’ll post a five to ten-minute video. The content is created and curated to provide a saturated process. Topics will include theory, rapid hypnosis techniques, neurolinguistic programming, fresh takes on sleep hygiene, strategies for working through many sleep obstacles.

 

Four Saturdays

You’ll receive an email suggesting a 30-minute independent activity to prepare for Sunday’s online session.

 

Three more Sundays
  •  At 6 pm PDT we’ll meet online (via Zoom) for a 45-minute group session that will include relaxation, discussion, and hypnosis.
  • For those who can’t be present for the live meeting time, or may simply prefer to refrain from the group setting, these meetings are recorded for later replay.

Concluding Monday & Tuesday
  • Finishing strong, and moving forward to build on your progress.
  • You’ll receive an email with suggestions for extending the benefits of self-hypnosis beyond the Clear Sleep Saturation.
  • I’ll post a 5 to 10-minute video to conclude the reset and launch you on using the tools independently.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if the timing on these dates doesn’t work for me (or, what if I can’t keep up the pace)?  The program is designed to be a saturated format that provides live encouragement and accountability. However, you don’t have to follow along with the group. You may self-pace instead (all audios and videos will be available online until April 13, 2020).

Will this cure my insomnia?  I make no claim that this reset will cure anything. That said, it makes sense to expect this focused, intentional, daily practice to be of benefit for shifting into a lighter frame of mind and a restful state in the body, all leading to better sleep. However, hypnosis is not a magic wand, it’s a practical tool for real progress. If you’re not sure, please be in touch, and we can set up a time to discuss whether this is a fit for you. 

What about my medications?  If you’re currently taking prescription medications, please continue as prescribed until you have consulted your healthcare provider. Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical care, and some medications require careful monitoring when making changes to dosage, etc.

How long does this take to work?  The answer to this will be different for everyone, and everyone’s yardstick for change is different. The goal is a measurable improvement, and whether that’s a 100% or a 15% shift, this gives traction in the right direction. People who enter this program with a genuine intention to change, and a full commitment to the process, experience a range of responses. Some feeling tremendous benefit immediately, and for others, it’s a more cumulative or step-by-step process.

This reset has been life-changing, far beyond sleeping more. Right away I was laughing and playing, wow, and feeling less stressed about my work. The daily habit of creating safe space was such a game changer and I believe this will continue to be so, so helpful for the rest of my life.

Tracy is so caring and skilled. Somehow Tracy made the group sessions feel like a real community. Even on days when I was tired, I could look for the daily video and get a lift by learning something new, or sometimes she just goes through a short self-hypnosis process (a surprising variety, every day was really different). Some of those videos I went back to several times, just for practice. And I loved the morning hypnosis recordings because even if I was technically still tired from not enough sleep, I could feel better and got more done. I do sleep better now, it’s been a big improvement.
